I broke them at the 10th syllable. It’s what makes it pentameter.
Well kind of but I wouldn’t say that’s all. Or else basically any phrase or poem with syllables in multiples of ten could qualify if you make the breaks in the right place. I mean, even I could do that and I assure you I’m no Shakespeare.
If it also has iambic rhythm then yes. It’s both iambic and pentameter. In this case it has both.
