Like i was watching the show and i would cast woody harrelson as Herb. And for Diane i thought of Dua Lipa for some reason? I know shes not vietnamese but idk. Those are the ones i got so far

Actually, casting was perfect I would just cast everyone in the main cast just as they were originally.

Glenn or Rob could be a good Bojack (sad Matthew Perry isnt with us anymore), Danny De Vito would be a good Herb Kazaaz. And I do see Kaitlin as PC (or Vanessa Gecko). Charlie as Todd would improve the character a lot.
Ali Wong in my opinion would make for a great live-action Diane Nguyen. After watching Beef, Ali would be perfect for Diane.
The better version of this question would be to exclude the voice actors.
I’m more curious about those answers because we all have a hard time separating the VA from the characters sometimes.
Mindy Kaling for PC? I mean I think physically she would suit it because she has cat like features and i think her personality would work, although apparently Mindy isn’t the best person to be around (so I’ve heard she could be lovely)

I always thought Johnny Knoxville would be a good Bojack, Julie Bowen as Princess Carolyn, maybe Bradley Cooper as Mr Peanutbutter and Josh Hutcherson for Todd :)
based on her performance in Tuca and Berite, i feel like Ali Wong could really capture the essence of Diane’s character. plus she’s part Vietnamese.
I think Sabrina Wu could do an amazing Diane. The ability to be funny and depressing with pathos.
