I am 24 years old and throughout my life I have always felt stupid and ignorant. I am very inadequate. I feel like I will never get rid of stupidity. I feel that I have very superficial knowledge. When I want to read a book, I resist reading. A voice inside me says, ‘Don’t read, you can’t understand. I don’t have the self-confidence to read a book. I think I will understand.’

For what it’s worth, the stupidest people have no idea that they’re stupid, so I’d peg you as average, minimum.

‘Discover What You Are Best At’ by Linda Gail. It’s a series of self tests you can knock of in half a day, followed by a list of jobs that use those skills. I sucked at every job I ever had, and thought that I was a lousy worker/person. Finding a job that I felt good about changed everything.
