So by the end of the comics there are many viltrumites settled on earth and making babies. My impression is that Mark peacefully expands viltrumite society throughout the universe over time. Since viltrumite DNA overrides the other species DNA (when they’re able to produce offspring), does that mean that over time, viltrumites could become the dominant species everywhere they can successfully interbreed? And that with earth, it’s pretty much a given that this happens?

To be fair, Mark and Eve, and their children are functionally immortal. Even assuming Eve doesn’t eventually unlock her powers fully, you can just shoot Eve and Mark next to each other, and she immediately resurrects themselves both at 20 years old. Probably.

Why would you need more kids when they’ll eventually be powerful enough to punch the sun, probably?

This is a weird thing actually. At the end of the serious, when Mark is 500 years old, he seems like he is in his 50s, but his daughter, who is only 20 something years younger, looks like she’s in her 30s, when she should look the same age as mark
