i am so concerned about her well being. i cried watching this. there’s just so much to say, so much and it felt criminal even watching this. she’s 19 and he was taking advantage of her and is obviously a creep who just wanted a young, naive bride to replace his wife. he completely disregarded and manipulated her from start to finish. filipinos are extremely close to their families, and i can’t help but wonder how awful this man had to have been to his ex wife that she left him without taking her 2 kids. No filipino would have done that. i’m so so so worried about her and seriously hope she one day leaves him. it is so sad that grown men go to other countries and take advantage of these girls and their families to meet their own selfish, disgusting desires. he controls every aspect of her life, i guarantee you that. the fact that she seemingly has no contact with her family, he didn’t want them at the wedding either it’s all isolation. her only “friend” was the man’s daughter who is OLDER than his freaking fiancé. complete and total isolation. listening to this predator talk about this teenager being on her “monthly” and the ways in which he yelled at her for the most ridiculous things as if she’s a toddler (basically is compared to this freaking ancient artifact), like touching the car window and re-arranging his book case and other things …gosh, my heart breaks. deeply insecure man who looked for any reason to bring up his ex, and how she ruined his life and took no accountability for anything and made all of it this poor young girls fault. he still had pictures up of his ex wife, bought nikki the same car he bought his ex wife. it’s sickening. He didn’t want kids, but at 60 you KNEW a 19 year old will probably want kids. There was a very obvious power imbalance taking place and sad thing is, nobody could do anything except film it. i’m extremely curious to know how he was when he was in her country with her family, i get the vibe that he was different there, and i think she even alluded to this quite often. He definitely manipulated her and the audacity of him to sue tlc for how he was portrayed…you have NOTHING in common with a 19 year old foreigner at nearly 60. She has no social media presence to date and i just have no words. i feel like we literally witnessed the life fade from this young girl on television.
