As someone who lives in LA& have fell on hard times then bounced back this NO Bathroom is wild…. There’s plenty of flats in Korea town or the valley that are more than likely in the same price range as his place there are PLENTY of places he could find with a bathroom he just has a poor mindset.
I knew of a place in the arts district that a lot of artists lived at but outside of that never. Damn I have a one bedroom in central LA but this man child doesn’t.
