As someone who lives in LA& have fell on hard times then bounced back this NO Bathroom is wild…. There’s plenty of flats in Korea town or the valley that are more than likely in the same price range as his place there are PLENTY of places he could find with a bathroom he just has a poor mindset.
I went looking for a place WITHOUT a bathroom in Inglewood and couldn’t find one outside of a room in a house for rent. Which basically is what he has I guess, I think it was a garage lol.
