The wife and I are in Tokyo for the next week and are looking for some Gaki merch. Anyone have any suggestions on where I might find some? I checked Mandarake and the pickings were slim

They used to have some at the store at NTV Tower, but I’m not sure if it’s easy to check they still do…

Yeah, that’s really the only place I found Gaki merch, and I looked all over on three different trips. When I was there they had the character socks, Oba-chan shirts, a sweets tin, and a few miscellaneous things. They had a couple of busses left from the No Laughing specials, but this was a few years ago. Sometimes you can find the Figuarts Downtown figures or the Hamada gachapon used at various stores in Nakano Broadway.

I got you! I went to Japan eaerlier this year and, being a gaki fan, went to the NTV Tower to find nothing gaki-related but some socks.

You may want to search for this chain store: https://tree-village.jp/ . I went to one of there by pure luck and they were selling tv and anime merchandise.

There were a lot of comedian stuff, Lincoln too, but I needed gaki. And the shop delivered. They had several minor items but what made me really happy is that they had the black batons from the batsu games and also a big, red button that when pressed went "DU DUUUUN - [comedian] OUT! ", with a chance to be a “TANAKA- THAI KICK” instead. Best 12 bucks I’ve ever spent.

The one shop I went to was in the Tokyo Solamachi shopping center. I hope that you’ll find some good stuff too, and also whoever is reading this.
