I face the same issue. Roughly 60% of the books in my library are still waiting to be read. To manage this, I’ve set a rule for myself: I must read at least 20 pages of the current book before buying a new one.

While some writers may seem to have a natural gift, the majority of successful authors have dedicated years to developing their skills. Unfortunately, I do not possess any of those skills. That is why I prefer to just read books.
I believe they just haven’t found ‘that book’ that turns them into book lovers.
I do it super rarely, mostly because I jump into another book.
The worst book I ever read was ‘Lolita’ by Vladimir Nabokov. I couldn’t even finish it because I felt so frustrated and disgusted.
