We basically get the same segment every season, a close family member or friend grilling the non-American partner in the relationship about them coming over “to get a Green card.” Even if that was a valid concern, you don’t ask that when you rightfully say “I don’t know much about them,” go get to know them first and you can see someone’s intentions clearly after that.

Some people forget that a non-American could be living a high quality of life already and isn’t going to go to Bumblef*cktown in the U.S. just to scam someone.

They strike me as choosy beggars who will be offered a lightly used laptop from someone for free, but they’ll turn it down because it’s “used” or “too old.” People with habits like that don’t deserve anyone’s help until they realize where their priorities are and learn to provide for themselves.

Any smart person would put their ducks in order with the money they earned from the show like other non-U.S. based cast members like Rose and start working to build their own wealth not on the expense of others.
