Whenever I’ve read his stuff, I’ve generally had to take breaks between it. Something about the writing doesn’t hold my interest and makes it tedious to read an entire series in one go.
Maybe a break is all that is needed for now?
The Belgariad and The Malloreon.
They were the first fantasy books I ever read when I was young and could not put down. Now whenever I crave something stable in my life, its back to reading those.
