I didn’t read it this year, but Verity made my skin crawl (not in a good way). Bite marks on the headboard (ew, your dentist would like a word), too much sex that wasn’t even spicy, child murdering (?), just…ugh.

My Year of Rest and Relaxation. I would have DNFed if I hadn’t been reading it for book club. The MC is terrible to everyone around her. Idk what the point of this book was. Maybe I missed something?
