I highly doubt it because he is not divorced yet and has 2 American kids. He may have missed important dates or interviews. Therefore, he may have received a letter from the immigrationg and naturalization office, with verbage along the lines of, his file may be closed permenantly and may face deportation if he doesn’t follow thru with the requirements.
Seeing how most of the 90DF cast over-dramatize things recently. I would say he is doing it to gain views and followers, hence to stay relevant and secure future income.

The guy is a deadbeat, but can you imagine finding out your partner, who will be sponsoring you, is so delusional and thinks they are a “witching” for a living.
