I would not, to be honest. A lot of the reviews I’ve seen use the phrase “limousine liberal”, like Princeton’s answer to Harry and Meaghan about climate change while taking their private jet.
I read it in my 30s and it was great.
That is a very interesting take on that. I’m going to have to pay more attention.
If you see a dog-eared page halfway through, I’d be less inclined to make a judgement, because I can see so many things getting in the way of finishing the book.
Well, there are copyright laws to deal with, so in most cases not. Especially if the author is still alive. If they’ve died, it’s up to the estate.
At a public library, that’s ridiculous. A 10 year old isn’t driving to the library, his parent or legal guardian is taking him. It’s a bit different in a public school library.
