I highly doubt it was for love of her son

Brandan’s mom is an idiot who is going to lose her son AND her grandchild if she doesn’t stop putting her feelings before her son’s. Yes, his relationship is toxic, but it’s too late to try to knock sense into them. They’re having a baby. She needs to support her son so he will be a good dad, and do everything she can to be on Mary’s good side so she isn’t cut out of their lives. Also, she acts like someone who was present for her child and has all this rage against Mary for being toxic. Like, hello? Weren’t you a drug addict who neglected her child??
