Just dont tenderize it or cook it too much, needs to be almost raw and chewy.

When researching what I wanted to read next I read some reviews of it. I kept waiting for the boring part that everyone else started saying happened half way through the book. I never was bored. I’m naturally inquisitive and was really curious about all the stuff in the book in how a whale was killed, skinned, boiled, and stowed. It’s like a prose version of How It’s Made for whale oil. I loved it.

He loved Hawthorne but not in that way. He just happened to get screwed by publishers. The ending of Moby Dick was left out of the British version which printed first so had a ton of bad reviews mainly because the ending seemed unresolved.

I do both. One I bought for at home and library book at work. That way I don’t have to lug it back and forth.
