The only explanation I would have is that on top of her Viltrumite powers, she has some of Eve’s regeneration powers. Without the whole dying and regenerating thing, her cells regenerate at a much better rate than her dad’s. Or something like that.

People shouldn’t be so quick to judge. No biggie if people haven’t read the comics and given how much the show has already changed, who knows what will happen. Theories are always interesting. I think it will go the same way as the comics but I wish I could look at it through fresh eyes as it’s more exciting.
