Judy blume’s younger books were exactly the same. The family my had a computer, but they didn’t use it. Dude. No.
My husband has a series he is reading with “gingerly” all over the place, so he has decided to add this word into all of his daily activities. He now gingerly turns the tv on, and gingerly turns up the heat.
Horrible book, that dark matter. DNF I also regret Where the Crawdads Sing and American Dirt. I should have abandoned AD on page 20, because i already knew at that moment it was awful. WTCS was goodish until the last 60 pages, but still overall terrible in retrospect.
My best guess is that things are changed/removed
Dont do this. You completely defeat any sense and purpose of an e book. Do you really think you’re going to store those books (like in a binder) and then go through and read 200 a4 sherts of paper?
Cool. I will check it out later tonight.
I have never used the highlight feature. I feel like it would be annoying and not be easy or reminding like a dogear. Plus all of my books come from libby and sometimes those come with parts underlined, and i dont want to do that to someone.
I’ll look into it though
This is the only thing i miss with my kindle. “Flipping” back to find clarification or details or specific words is undelightful.
Did you scan every other book you own? Cuz that’s what i would do.
I tried to read catch-22 at least 7 times from the age of 16 to 30. Finally, enjoyed the beginning and found i wanted to read it shortly after my 30th birthday.
Am mostly an aphant. Lotr was difficult, and might i say (gasp) a bit boring.
Am a mostly aphant person with a high degree of facial blindness. This is why i prefer books to movies.
