The Kitchen House is one that sticks with me. Also just finished Kindred. I have such a hard time with slavery and Holocaust books. The rage and helplessness I feel! So I think they stay me because of that.
I just finished listening to The Measure by Nikki Erlick and I keep thinking about it.
