I never read these as a kid but going through my husband’s childhood stuff we came across them and now we joke that we are Frog and Toad 😂
A Wrinkle in Time was my first big/serious book when I was 7 and it will always have a special place in my heart. It opened my mind to so many ideas and really got my imagination going! I try to do a reread every once in a while but that first experience was so magical. I’m a huge book person though so I could go on forever about other ones too but I’ll stop myself here 😂
I adored that book even though it absolutely broke my heart! Glad to see it get some love here. My husband hated it ☹️
So glad you loved it! I read it while living in a creepy old house and spending a lot of time alone so it really played up the atmosphericness to me. I love the “bigger on the inside” trope
