the elephant vanishes is probably my favorite of his books - either that or like a six-way tie but that is definitely the best short story collection

I also have ADHD and love murakami. windup bird chronicle is my fav. this year’s lingering book is definitely between suttree and the crossing, both by Cormac McCarthy.
