In the dream house - it’s a memoir but the narration is unique

I haven’t read many bad books this year but detransition, baby was one of 2 books I rated 1 star. the book isn’t true to its description, there’s a lot of misogyny disguised as feminism, a lot of enabling abusive behavior, the characters are like 30 somethings that act 12, and it has an open ending that kind of defeats the purpose of the book. I just remember being so disappointed and disgusted because I was really excited to read it
