I didn’t mean to insult the book at all, I think it’s very well written and so far and the world drew me in. I was more so trying to express my frustration at how this boy is being treated, and wondering if that’s how the author intended for you to feel. But of course I wrote this post in a haste seconds after I put the book down and was not very eloquent with my feelings 🤣

Yes! But it completely depends on the book and what I am doing. If it’s a book that’s pretty easy to read, and I’m just doing something simple with my hands that doesn’t require any thought, then I’m okay. But if it’s kind of a dense-ish book and I’m doing something like driving which also requires some attention, then I’m out lol. You can forget about me ever finishing that audiobook. But sometimes it does work to listen when I’m driving, it just has to be something easy to listen to.
