Anybody else think this was a complete and utter softball interview for Haley? I was hoping for some harder questions, but it seemed like basically all softball questions.
Of all the Republicans, I actually prefer Haley. I would probably vote for her if she was the candidate (99% sure that’s not going to happen though).
I think the issue is this. The folks they have hosting are not hard hitting journalists that are going to push back like Stewart did, or even like Noah and Minhaj did (which felt like a lesser extent of Stewart).
Not validating the approach but guest hosts just ain’t gonna cut it.
Unless there is something deeper going on we’re not aware of? Did some right wing apologist get control of the show?
