How many of y’all could handle a restroom outside your house?
I’ve done it before on research trips where there was essentially an outhouse. Those trips were not in the middle of a city in the US or in the US at all. Definitely wouldn’t do it in the middle of LA where there are plenty of places to live with bathrooms inside my apartment.
My family’s homestead has an outhouse that I’ve had the misfortune of using a few times but choosing to live like that plus having to share the bathroom with unrelated people in various states of cleanliness… that’s a big NOPE for me.
