This weight stuff is awkward, but weight is a big deal in a different way in a lot of other countries and realistically in a lot of countries, people don’t filter their opinions and feelings about what other people’s bodies look like. When I see my family in the islands the first thing after hello is usually either, “you got fat” or “you lost weight, you look good.” It isn’t nice or right, but it’s not abnormal either.

Angela was on Maury for sure. Elizabeth from Andrei & Elizabeth has done a small parts in a movie or two. I want to say someone found evidence of Zied in some movies in Tunisia. Molly was on her own reality show about her bra store before she did 90 Day. Yara did several Ukrainian reality shows. Natalie has been on some stuff, but I"m not sure if it was before or after 90 Day. Darcey & Stacey had a pilot of their own twin show before 90 Day that never made it to tv. Rob from Rob and Sophie claims to be a model/actor. Geoffrey (the one that’s in prison now) was an extra on several shows. I’m sure I’m forgetting some, but those are the ones who come to mind.

He might have been bussed into the good school. I know lots of areas that do something similar. It’s more likely that he’s pretending to be from a far worse background than he’s actually from for cool points or something.

Wasn’t there someone whose mom was stuffed in their walk in closet? Does that mean one of these couples is going to break up? For Sophie’s sake I’m hoping it’s these two.

The fact that Rob acts like there is absolutely nothing he can do to improve his life is so annoying. He has such a chip on his shoulder.

Not that I’m hoping anything bad happens, but wtf is supposed to happen if something happens to Manuel’s family and they think he’s working somewhere?

I am not the least bit convinced that Manuel likes Ashley.

Rob’s need to “bring her down to earth” is gross.

I’ve done it before on research trips where there was essentially an outhouse. Those trips were not in the middle of a city in the US or in the US at all. Definitely wouldn’t do it in the middle of LA where there are plenty of places to live with bathrooms inside my apartment.

I really feel sorry for the crew that have to go home and try to return to normal life after this.
