It’s going to be hard to find someone to accept her because even she doesn’t accept herself. The extent of her plastic surgeries seems like proof that she can’t accept herself/her looks. It sets up a vicious cycle - she can’t accept herself -> she aggressively seeks validation from dating partners -> that’s a turn off in itself to people -> she feels rejected -> she’s less likely to accept herself, etc. Really sad!
She’s extremely insecure the way she talks about being Trans or “I used to be a man”. She’s constantly bringing it up because it’s an insecurity. I’m sure that’s making things more awkward between the two.

As you say, you only have to look at the number of surgeries and the time she spends on her appearance to realise that she doesn’t accept, therefore can’t love, herself.
