Ok so as someone with a 5 year degree in Architecture from the Philippines and handled multiple projects from small scale residential in the province to high rise condo towers in the city, that house is nowhere near USD50-60k. It is at best php 1m.

I thought it ended up being $50-$60 K of Phillipino money…which was only around $2K American?
