The proportion inside the bubble and outside seems wrong, not to mention that when Mark is inside, it really looks like a complete city, even with a coastline to the ocean, but from the outside, it’s just a snippet of an urban center.

There are places in the real world beyond the Polar Circle where night lasts half a year. And there are even some cities there too
People lived in the Kowloon Walled City.
So I can see people living here aswell.
So are there midcyberpunk citizens around there?
Probably about 10-30 degrees cooler than it would be in full sun
