    Y’all I feel so bad for devin because I’m also very introverted and socially anxious and shut down in new and uncomfortable situations. I know if I was on this show I would get dragged too 😭

      Nick should’ve never had her meet the whole family at once. Mom and Dad at dinner, okay. The sister and her children could’ve waited another day. Nick’s reason for having the whole family didn’t hold water either, “When we go to America, I don’t know when we will return.” You’re not introducing your parents and getting on a plane the next day to America. Plus we don’t give Devin a day or two to adjust to being in Korea she has to immediately be introduced to the family.

      SAME! I saw her reaction and i knew, i would cry too 😭 i understand what she meant by “this is overwhelming”, i get so teary when anything is overwhelming, good or bad. 😭

      if she truly is anxious why would she agree to be on a tv show? plus Koreans are mostly introverted as well just like his family

        I’m not sure why she wanted to be on the show, however she was under a lot of pressure in the situation we saw her in. Her bf basically told her his parents wouldn’t like her because she’s not Korean, and told her that they were upset with her for taking him away. On top of being the only “outsider” in that environment. I’m sure his family is introverted too, but they had the comfort of being together and in a place they were familiar with, and had the knowledge that if they said they didn’t like her then their son wouldn’t marry her.
