I’m not sure why she wanted to be on the show, however she was under a lot of pressure in the situation we saw her in. Her bf basically told her his parents wouldn’t like her because she’s not Korean, and told her that they were upset with her for taking him away. On top of being the only “outsider” in that environment. I’m sure his family is introverted too, but they had the comfort of being together and in a place they were familiar with, and had the knowledge that if they said they didn’t like her then their son wouldn’t marry her.

Y’all I feel so bad for devin because I’m also very introverted and socially anxious and shut down in new and uncomfortable situations. I know if I was on this show I would get dragged too 😭

When I initially read the title for this, I thought it was a play on Jasmine and Gino’s names for some reason. I lost my shit at the thought of someone calling him gizmo 😂
