I thought maybe he was just trying to be polite in the translations. IIRC his mum said “you are prettier in person” he translated I think to “ you look beautiful “ . I think just trying to keep everyone happy and keep a somewhat stressful situation lighthearted no one would be offended? Hopefully in the future once everyone knows each better he translates more accurately.
Lol I noticed that too!!! His mom said something that would be considered very insulting in any language and he definitely modified it. His parents kinda suck tbh. Not hard to see where he gets his ass hole attitude from calling her piggy.
