Nolan gets thrown in Viltrumite Jail after Thraxa in episode 4 of this season. Allen will eventually break him out where Nolan reveals a whole bunch of Viltrumite secrets. One of which is that one of Viltrum’s enemies figured out how to counter their insane power, a virus called The Scourge virus.
It killed so many Viltrumites there is a ring of dead Viltrumites around Viltrum like Saturn. There are a little over 50 Viltrumites remaining.
