In the comics >!the conversation before the fight between Nolan and Mark was leaked to the public (I forgot if they say who leaked it)!< and in the comics >! the public knows Invincible’s name is Mark but they don’t know his last name!< I’m guessing the show is doing that
It’s been a while since I’ve read the comics, but I don’t think it ever mentions who did leak the information on the fight.

NO. The GDA and Cecil/Debbie are the only ones that have access to the conversation. The news helicopter only got some footage of the fight, not close enough to hear the convo and they were traveling way too fast in the fight
It does cause quite a lot of fear and unease, but people don’t always respond to fear with mass panic IRL. Look at 9/11. No one in New York was panicking and causing chaos (unless of course they were near the WTC during the attack) if anything people were more kind of dazed and confused and then it brought them together in solidarity in the aftermath. Now if there were actual Viltrumite warships hanging over Earth ready to attack then it would probably be different.
Not to mention that the people of earth are used to massive threats to the planet like the other commenter said. For most people life goes on and “it will get taken care of like it always does” is probably the main sentiment.

In the comic the news helicopter broadcasted it live, then a day later someone at the GDA leaks the recording from Nolan’s earpiece to the media. Cecil mentions it to Mark as a warning, says he swears someone will pay for this, but then it’s never mentioned again. Not only the fight audio was leaked but the entire conversation from before the fight which includes Mark saying “Dad” a lot and Nolan saying “son” a lot. Yk, the famous, iconic Omni-man line “Son, we need to talk”.
I’m not sure what exactly happened in the show, been too long since i saw season 1 and I’m waiting to watch season 2, but I assume it’s the same.
The fact it’s never brought up again tells me it was Cecil who “leaked” it.
