I never felt that way, maybe because I saw a lot of myself in her. I just want to see another point of view on her.

    A lot of people hate being called out on their crap, and that was a major theme of Diane’s character

    If you’re mature enough to be truly seen by others, “warts & all”, then a person like Diane won’t bother you because they can’t “expose” you.

      Actually I can dislike someone without feeling they represent me at all.

      It’s similar to Hitler and Stalin and Mao. It’s not immaturity, I simply don’t like them.
