When I was a kid, I used to re read entire series all the time, especially when I got a little older, but still read slightly below my level, I’d knock out a book or 2 per day
Now, I’m averaging about 2 books a month, this year I’m at like 2.5, but I have so much queued up to read, I feel like I can’t re read anything. I would love to revisit some stuff, I’ve got a shelf of my favorites that I stare at but I’m using all my free time to (happily) read new books. How do you all do it?
Audiobooks have made a huge difference. I don’t have the reading time I had when I was younger and read 847 books per day. Now when I’m walking, driving, cleaning, cooking, I listen to audiobooks.
I still pull out something special on paper when I’m on holiday.
