The moment Big E decides to use any of his psychic abilities, Nolan, Mark or any Viltrumite are toast.
Situationally sure, the Emperor has been almost beaten to death by a =<30 foot ork and knocked down by something that just vaguely dents the hull of a ship.
He has absurdly powerful psychic abilities but if he doesn’t get time to build them up they’re not going to help him much, most of his fighting is just him hitting things physically with a sword and the only time he’s ever flash-obliterated a physically stronger opponent to my knowledge was when Horus tagged in to distract them for him to build up his power (this was the ork mentioned above).
If Nolan or Mark tries to fuck around and talk then he’s getting lobotomised/forcibly heart-attacked/sucked into hell but if he just flies in and starts throwing hands then there’s not much the Emperor can really do because Viltrumites in general are thousands to millions of times stronger than him.

I mean they might be physically superior and faster than this guy but his space magic and other bullshit would negate so much. He could literally just destroy Omni-Man’s and Invincible’s soul but waving a hand at them and to my knowledge I think his hax ignores durability too. Unless Omni-Man and Mark sneak up on him or something which I doubt they can because this guy I think has precognition and very good awareness so he would see them coming. And the Imperium of Man could warn him too if Nolan and Mark are trying to get to him from another planet

I’m not a 40k lore expert but he’s a perpetual kind of like the immortal, so the viltrumites wouldn’t be able to kill him unless they were to damage him with some form of psychic/warp power which they don’t seem to have. But even without any psychic shenanigans I think big E could hold his own in a fists only fight with both of them
I think Viltrumites would be pretty strong contenders in the 40k universe but they have way too low numbers to contest anything, the rest of the galaxy would just wear them down eventually.
