While it’s more interesting for Eve to fly around fighting crime, putting out fires, and building habitats, I feel like realistically her powers would better serve humanity in a much more boring capacity. Seeing as she can create just about anything, she’d probably do the most good as a resource factory: churning out water/food/turbines/vaccines around the clock.
If you were in charge of Eve, how would you do the most good?

Eve is a person, not a tool. Then again, we are discussing utilitarianism…
Since she can manipulate matter at an atomic scale, we could start by destroying all the microplastics around us…
Probably creating rare materials like lithium that have a heavy human and environmental cost to mine, or help create material for abundant nuclear power.
The big ones would be:
1). Converting trash to rare minerals.
Having access to things without the need for environmentally damaging mining would be great. It’s a double win for removing pollution.
2). Oceanic waste removal
She can fly and can convert matter. At that point she could easily clear of large amounts of pollution in the ocean. Pacific garbage patch gets dealt with. Oil spills quickly contained.
3). Access to water
Specifically looking at creating wells or some other way to bring potable water to communities without it.
Can help create nuclear energy+turn any waste into something else
Could go the Jesus route and turn water into wine.
