It handled sad moments well, it handled humor well, it handled action well, it handled romantic moments well. It was imo just really well paced.

Something about this episode just felt really nice.

I liked episode 2 but so far it was definitely the weakest of the season, while episode 3 is just the best so far, and I know just KNOW that next week’s episode will be even better.

Absolutely. Just finished it. Really stood out as a fundamentally great character drama show not just a superhero show.

I felt so involved and invested in the characters and the layers behind all their decisions truly feel complex and weighted.

I think something Invincible has been doing well is showcasing that even when there’s a frustrated element between some characters in the way they interact it’s based on historical reasons. You can always see the other’s viewpoint.

Like it’s irritating watching Cecil bluntly use mark as a tool in a really cold manner, but from his viewpoint he has the burden of a planet to look after and ultimately knows he’s reliant on Mark but he can’t help be wary and distrusting because he’s been severely punished of being trusting before.

    Super well written.
