Jasmine handled him breaking the news that he quit his job so well. I could feel her heartbreak and worry over it. The fact that he later tried to spin it as her being upset because she wants a luxury life style when she very clearly stated her concerns were about bringing her children and sister to the US is just frustrating.
Like who tf quits their job when they know they need to provide for the fiance and kids they’re sponsoring to bring to the US.
Gino can afford to not work and live a humble life for a year or more. Jasmine has no interest in living a humble life on a budget. These two are simply not compatible.

He talks about money all the time. He is constantly talking about a budget and his retirement account. I suspect he didn’t quit.
I think he did it as an excuse not to do all the things he said they could do, like renovate the house, get her a whole new wardrobe, etc.

He could of been asked to take a severance package. Alot of companies in michigan that work with the auto industry have been dealing with it, My family included.

If she is on a K1 visa, she also can not work for at least 6 months. She has to wait until she has a green card, which is usually 3-6 months after they get married. So she can not help provide.
She will get an EAD (work permit) first pending the GC issuance. They are being approved anywhere between 1-7/8 months right now. Im sure they are getting their own spinoff so thats probably why he quit the job and she has an OF account

Jasmine knows that they have a good contract with Sharp/TLC and at this juncture they’re making a lot more money with the show.
I don’t know why we keep pretending these people are quitting their job while they are literally on our TVs doing their jobs…
He probably couldn’t have a full time job that pays less than his TV job interfere with his schedule.
They get paid very little for being on the show.
I was impressed about no nails and no hair extensions. I’m probably crazy but I think jasmine actually loves him. I would not be able to tolerate her but to each their own.
I think he was fired for how much him he constantly took off from that new company by going to panama for so many weeks at a time within the year . Plus taking off for filming the tell all. He just started at the company the following season to Gino sending out her nudes . Then boom he’s in Panama for like a month comes home for a a few months and then back over there. That’s way too much time off starting a new job. At his age he’s lucky to be hired again in the tech industry . Just saying.
Nah I think she’s worried about not having the good life and wants Gino to not only support her but her her son and sister someday.
They could have that $10,000 in the bank instead of her butt though. Tally up all the other plastic surgery and procedures. The best of the best apartments, clothes, extensions etc. If she’s so concerned about that then she needs to understand that directly takes away from providing for her kids and family. Doesn’t mean she can’t have things but be reasonable and put money to what is needed first. She doesn’t give a thought to spending all this money on herself but then wants Gino to fix everything or come up with more yet she wants what she wants for her and she wants it now. The amount she’s spent on herself the past couple years I’d be curious to know……
Maybe his boss and/or HR got wind of all the gross stuff that Jasmine put on camera…
How does Gino face his coworkers after the stuff Jasmine said (or did) on camera? How do you face your family?
