Hi everyone

So as the title says, I’ve just discovered this programme in the UK. They’re showing season 9. I’ve had to look up stuff about the visas to understand the premise of the programme.

These people are…. interesting.

What is it though with some of the people treating the visa holder like they’re their property? (Obviously I know some stuff is for drama).

Also it’s so obvious some people are not in love at all, they barely tolerate each other.

What have I let myself into? 😂

    Seasons 1-3, maybe 4, are really good if you can find them. After that it transitions from drama to drama to just entire seasons of trainwrecks.

    You can’t watch it as is the characters are the actual historical figures… It’s too frustrating… Pretend it’s all fiction and it’s enjoyable.

    Post after you meet Jon, the violent singer. He’s British too - we haven’t always had the best representation in the 90 Day franchise 😂

    Start from the very beginning and watch it in order, taking into account that some couples appear over different spin off seasons.

    My wife and I discovered it during lockdown and would binge it at every opportunity.

    She could do things, vut she gives me soooo much anxiety of my ex 10 years ago who was later diagonosed with bipolar and being kept in a mental hospital after stabbing me in my sleep because she dreamt i slept, so i was guilty

    FYI there’s also a 90 Day Fiance based in the UK! Only two seasons though and def not as entertaining as the American version IMO.

    If you start from season 1 there used to be genuine couples, now the producers are just grasping at straws and will basically just take anyone they can get
