I just think he is a clown in the worst way. Not that he is funny, but the premise of the character is just a joke. He is too stupid to take seriously. The story lines around him are stupid. Improv? Cabracadabra? Clown dentists?

    he’s supposed to be comedic relief. that’s the whole point. it’s fine if you don’t like the character, but he is written and executed well. a similar example is Pickles. many people don’t like her, but that’s because she is written to be an immature and somewhat annoying character. people’s reaction to her proves that she was written well.
