Todd is definitely one of the most liked characters. Very few people dislike him, but you aren’t the only one.

I personally like Todd a lot and I usually hate the dumb/ overly-silly/ clownish characters on shows. I do appreciate that they did not flanderize his character, and that he was given a storyline and personal growth. Todd-like characters are rarely given that.

A joke character in a comedy show? I cannot believe it.

I can’t believe he shot that innocent child. And Andrea! And all of those terrible things he did to Jesse! …Wait you were talking about Todd from Bojack?

I can’t stand when shows have a “goofy screwup who never faces consequences HIJINKS!!!” character. Todd, Gina, Ava, they’re all so goddamn obnoxious and ruin the tone in every scene they’re in.

I don’t like him either. I find him annoying and most of his storylines pointless. Not all but most.

I don’t like him…but clown dentists was a funny Plot B IMO.

he’s supposed to be comedic relief. that’s the whole point. it’s fine if you don’t like the character, but he is written and executed well. a similar example is Pickles. many people don’t like her, but that’s because she is written to be an immature and somewhat annoying character. people’s reaction to her proves that she was written well.

He’s the most cartoon character in the show and he’s supposed to be voice of reason some how?

His character arc took a huge turn. He came out as Ace and I was really kinda happy for him. And he got away from Bojack. best thing for him.

Very much so- my least favorite character by far. It’s clear that he’s meant as comic relief, but his storylines, to me, are the least funny bits of the show. It bums me out that Aaron Paul, who I think is fantastic, voices Todd.

Todd is one of my favorite characters man you need to smoke a bowl and rewatch bojack because clearly you don’t understand his character
