!Kate does have a twin and ends up attacking Mark after the invincible war because he thinks he killed Kate, she has 1 body that she keeps hidden and stops her brother from attacking Mark. Kate’s brother then goes to prison. The show and comics have a lot of differences but I think it’s safe to assume that this is her brother!<
