I didn’t like the episode. It didn’t build on Eve’s existing traits or anything about her character at all. It could’ve applied to literally any character with little-to-no plot changes. Additionally, Eve never really completes her character arc or learns anything in the episode. Also, she says how her “siblings” killed THEMSELVES over her, when CLEARLY, she murdered them. Besides the plot, the animation, writing, voice-acting, and emotion felt weak and boring. This episode felt completely unnecessary and meaningless. Also, It didn’t ever go anywhere in Invincible proper. Am I wrong?

I mean, it was Eves origin story, explaining how she got her powers, how they work, etc.

And, as a little cherry, she did all that heroing and then showed exactly what Mark was doing at that point, which helped emphasise the experience gap between the two even more.
