She can sniff out that his fiancee ain’t the one. She might have a rude way of getting there but she’s protecting her brother who can’t see it. Yeah dude has problems, but the fiancee is not into him at all and way too secretive for someone on the 90 days to marriage clock.
She needs to sniff out a way to get their mom out of his closet. His choice of girlfriend fiancee is none of her business, if she really cares about her brother’s wellbeing, her mom’s living situation impacting his life should be priority one. If she can’t be bothered with that, she needs to go back to her 3 bedroom home and not interfere in his personal business. He’s over 30 and fully capable of taking care of his love life.
