For everyone wanting to know why I got banned, here you go

Yes the Reddit post I commented on was about the “The F Word” episode. As most of you know, the word “fg” is an offensive word used to target homosexuals. Matt and Trey come up with a funny episode where southpark citizens use the word “fg” to insult Harley riders. Towards the end of the episode Big Gay Al quotes, “You f***** get the hell out of our town.” The homosexuals went from getting called this dermatology term to using it against Harley riders. Funny!

Anyways, some Reddit user with an lgbt flag commented “Fg!”under the “F word episode” reddit post”. I thought it was funny to reply “A fg calling someone f*g!” . I wasn’t downvoted. In fact I believe the reddit user with the lgbt flag upvoted my reply. It was at 2 upvotes before being reported and taken down.

Did what I comment was offensive? Sure, but it’s a SOUTHPARK subreddit?! I can call Harley riders f*gs all I want but throw me in jail the moment I call a homosexual one lol. I am not homophobic but probably deserved this 3 day ban? I’m sorry mods

Someone I randomly pissed off, searched through all my posts, found one from like 353 days prior, and got me banned for a week. It wasn’t even bad.

I’ve been on and off reddit since around 2007 with the first day 10 years being god tier site but things have just gotten worse more so when Facebook become lame and we got the plebs from there but it’s mainly from the mods. Mods will ban you from rules they make up or if you attempt anything slightly ironic or sarcastic that’s outside of their taste regardless the thread you’re on. Sure the community has changed over the years but it’s the mods that make this place the shitty echo chamber that it is

Reddit mods are bunch of dweebs, if you’re pissing them off you’re doing something right 👍

I’d love it if we were able to see who reported it. If it’s something the bots catch, it says that. If someone feels strongly about something to where they are tattling then they should want to have a conversation with you about it.

How do you get banned from a sub about a foul mouthed comedy show that makes fun of bigotry

My last Reddit account with (70,000+ karma mind you, hey it was a lot to me) was permanently banned because I said I wanted Elon Musk to get his booty whipped by Mark Zuckerberg when the possible boxing match was a topic of conversation. I said it in a more “violent positive” way I guess but it was still a huge disappointment. I don’t feel the same way about Reddit anymore, they’re unreasonable with free speech. My comment wasn’t even hate speech or that bad to be honest.

That’s unbelievable one bc it’s on this sub and two I’ve seen way worse on Reddit. Strange
