If you could have any weapon from any fiction book ever written, which weapon would you choose?
This would be the only weapon you can ever use for the rest of your life, regardless of the circumstances.
I think I would choose the Subtle Knife from His Dark Materials trilogy. Not only for its ability to cut through any material, but especially for the ability to cut interdimensional portals.
I believe is the perfect weapon both, offensively and defensively.

The Kill-O-Zap gun. The designer was clearly not instructed to beat about the bush. “Make it evil,” they’ve been told. “Make it totally clear that this gun has a right end and a wrong end. Make it totally clear to anyone standing at the wrong end that things are going badly for them. If that means sticking all sorts of spikes and prongs and blackened bits all over it then so be it.
