As far as I’m aware he has the ability to speed up molecules in an object to make them unstable and explode.
Instead of throwing things couldn’t he just kill someone by grabbing them instead? Or does he just not choose to because it’s brutal?

He needs inorganic objects to charge, but even if he could grab someone and explode them, they’re going to explode in his face and probably hurt him if not worse.
