Quite honestly I can’t stand only a few books that I’ve read, recently The Awakening by Nora Roberts.
Holy crap, do I reallllyyyyy want my money back. I was bored. So. Bored. The magic system was subpar, the characters just….ew, everything was so, so boring. The MC is an idiot.
What book is a zero star read for you?
Where the Crawdads Sing. The only book in my life I couldn’t finish.
Someone did a review on here that was absolutely savage that was something along the lines of
I’m so glad that you mentioned this book because yikes. It was so bad from start to finish. I, too, wish I had taken Kya’s family’s cues and noped my way right on out of that travesty. Never wanted to DNF something so badly, but held on until the bitter end waiting for something to redeem this book.
